Tina Caggiano

Tina has been a licensed Realtor since 1978 and obtained her Broker's license in 1982. Real Estate is her passion and she has worked in this field full time for more than 45 years.  "Working with clients to make their dreams come true" is her goal!  Over the years many of those clients have become personal friends making this career more worthwhile and rewarding.

Tina is married 50+ years to her chilodhood sweetheart, Gerard.  They have two children and four grandchildren who are the anchors in their lives.  Family is everything!  Tina enjoys cruises, concerts, reading, and simple summer days at the beach.

During this memorable career, Tina has served as past President of the Ocean County Board of Realtors, past president of New Jersey Realtors Education Foundation, past President of Women's Council of Realtors Ocean County Chapter, and was the recipient of OCBR Realtor of the Year and Brick Morning Rotary Paul Harris Award.

Tina has personally volunteered and organized "Fund Raisers" for Oceans of Love, POAC (Parents of Autistic Children) Leisure Village Seniors Dinner Dances, and Golf Outings to benefit child summer camp.  Tina also volunteered at Contact of Ocean County (a 24 hr emergency help line).

Tina believes in education and holds ABR, CREN, GRI, and SRES designations.  Knowledge, commitment, and clear communication is what you get when working with Tina.
